May we slow, sit, ponder and pause.

May we rely on Him Friday, trust Him on Saturday and celebrate Him on Sunday.

And when the week begins and we forget, when the things stack up and the thoughts of Him slip our minds, may we look again to the cross, remember the blood poured out for us, and offer our thanks.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ sustain you, empower you, fill you and remind you of His love and kindness. May we walk in His light and follow His steps, depending on the body and the bread and His bride. May we approach the cross with joy instead of shame, light hearts instead of tears, trust instead of fear.

May we be slow to forget and quick to remember.
