There’s a lot of hard stuff going on around the world, splashing across our newsfeeds and TVs, and filling our daily lives. Take a moment and slow down. Allow these Bible verses about peace to remind you that God is in control. He’s got it. He’s got you.
WHY WE CAN HAVE PEACE
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” // John 16:33
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. // John 14:27
In peace I will lie down and sleep for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety. // Psalm 4:8
You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. // Isaiah 26:3

HE IS OUR PEACE
For he himself is our peace, who has made the two groups one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility. // Ephesians 2:14

I feel like my mind and heart have been taking on so many issues that are WAY bigger than me lately.. the problems in the world that seem to have a 1,000 step solution or no solution at all. It’s troubling! Thanks for sharing these verses, perfect timing.
